It’s all about sharing the princess dreams and even an elf dreams of being a princess sometimes, right? If you have a little girl in your house, then a princess book would be a great gift for your elf to bring. But for this year Chippy is doing double duty around our house. Oh, and by the way, next year when Chippy arrives he will be bringing a friend (who is a girl but not his girlfriend) to keep an eye on C. So when I spotted a Princess board book, I knew it would be a great little treat for Chippy to bring. Right now C is enjoying board books and has been interested in playing with her Little People Princesses toys. It’s fun to find little treats that fit with both of their interests. The great thing about having younger kids is that the gifts our elf brings can be really basic. I like to mix up the ideas and one of my favorite things to do in December is have our Elf on the Shelf bring little gifts for the kids! They enjoy looking forward to the little treats he might bring. Sometimes our elf, Chippy (so creative, I know), gets into some trouble but not every single day.
